Write for us

Fresh Civic Bulletin welcomes considered pitches about the small choices, objects and projects that shape shared neighbourhood places. Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option.

What we welcome

Pitch an original explainer, comparison, history or practical plan connected to civic upkeep. Strong subjects are specific enough to handle clearly, useful beyond one moment and grounded in steps or details a reader can understand without specialist access.

What to include

Tell us the proposed subject, its main point, why it suits our readers and what material or experience informs it. Note any local or specialist limits. A short outline is more useful than a finished draft sent without context.

Before sending

We look for clear, careful writing that separates fact from opinion and does not overstate what a small action can achieve. Do not include confidential information or assume that a pitch will be accepted or published.
